When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped out between 2-5 business days after they're placed. I ship via USPS Priority Mail and most packages will take 1-3 business days to arrive once they're shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy? 

i want to make sure that you're happy with every order you receive. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, please email me at cristina@rilesand.co and we can work together to come up with a solution. 

What do I do if my candle arrived broken?

I do my best to ensure every candle is packaged carefully, but it's possible for damage to occur while in transit. If you've received a broken candle, please send an email to cristina@rilesand.co with a clear photo of the damage, and I'll make sure you get replacement candle right away.

Do you make custom candles?

I'd love to make custom candles for you. I do not have a system in place for this yet, so I will evaluate each project on a case-by-case business. If you're interested in custom candles, please email cristina@rileand.co with your ideas, and I'll let you know if I think it's a good fit. I do not currently offer white label candles.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! I'm a one-mama show right now, so I need to be a little picky with my projects. But with that said, I'd love the opportunity to have my candles in beautiful retail shops. If you're a retailer interested in selling Riles and Co. candles, please contact me via email or my contact form.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Possibly! I have to evaluate bulk discounts on a case-by-case basis, but please contact me via email or my contact form if you plan on ordering a lot of candles, and I'll see if we can work something out. 

My candle is finished. How do I reuse my glass jar?

Soy wax is super easy to clean and these glass jars can be used for a variety of things after you've finished your candle. Once your candle's wax has reached about a 1/4" on the bottom, put your candle in the freezer. Once the wax has hardened, you can chip it and the wick out easily. To clean the jar, soak it in warm soapy water and scrub it clean. Reuse your clean jar to display flowers, store craft supplies or simply collect knick-knacks. 

My candle has small imperfections. Will that impact burning it?

Riles and Co. candles have no additives in them, so occasionally there will be small imperfections in the wax. Visually, your candle might change colors slightly or have 'wet spots' where the wax has not adhered to the glass. These are very common in soy wax candles without additives and will not impact the way it burns or the scent it throws. 

Where are you located? 

I'm located in the small town of Hoboken, New Jersey, just west of Manhattan, and pour all of my candles in my in-home candle studio. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Right now, I am not able to ship internationally. While I hope for this to change in the future, I don't have an exact timeline for when international shipping will be available.

Are Riles and Co. candles vegan? 

Yes! Riles and Co. candles are 100% vegan and none of my vendors test on animals. Riles and Co. candles are also non-GMO and Kosher certified. 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Absolutely! From time to time, I will offer discounts and promotions. Occasionally, I will offer exclusive discounts for my followers on Instagram or Facebook, so please visit me there and keep an eye out!
